This is the only juice bar like it in Salem. It is family run and the service is great. The menu is small but the selection is enough for anyone. Also, if you have a juice idea, they are more than happy to make it your way. In addition, I suggest signing up for the rewards program.

I found out about Red Apples through Groupon and was more than excited that a local small business opened to compete with Jamba Juice, which I frequent regularly. $ 10 for $ 20 worth of juice drinks seemed like a good deal so jumped on it and ended up with five coupons worth $ 4.00 each. Red Apples has very limited hours of operation(10:00−5:00pm, Mon-Sat) making it challenging to frequent this business if you work a typical 9 – 5 schedule. Imagine my frustration when I snuck away from work to use my Groupons only to find them closed during scheduled hours. This happened to me not once, not twice, but three times during the month of February. This week I decided to call first and was informed they were open! I drove in to obtain my first drink and questioned why the business has not been open… the owner informed me she has a back injury and had to limit her working hours including closing for entire days and opening late/closing early. She stated that she has ongoing massage therapy appointments and cannot guarantee in the future that she will be open during the posted hours. In her explanation, she never once offered an apology or recognition that customers were relying on her to be open during business hours(this may mean training another person as a backup). After hearing this, I asked if I could use two of my $ 4.00 Groupons on the same day(they state you can only use one per day). I actually didn’t want to purchase two juices at once but was dubious that I could count on this business to be open to use my Groupons before the expiration date. The owner said no, she would not allow this — despite my reiteration that I have already wasted my gas and time on multiple attempts to frequent the business. While I recognize that the owner is young and inexperienced, poor customer service(especially over a $ 4.00 groupon) only leads to bad outcomes for the business. I certainly understand that life happens. But when you let down your customers, make it right — don’t make excuses. Poor customer service is costly and in this experience, the business lost a potential long term customer and gained a bad Unilocal review. P. S. I emailed groupon about my experience and they refunded my money.

Horrible. paid $ 4 for a cup of not so good fruit. I was craving fruit and saw a sign for a cup of fruit, so I went in. The lady asked me if I would like frozen berries INMYFRESHFRUITCUP. I declined. She said there would be pineapple, apple, cantaloupe, orange and kiwi in the cup. First off, there was no kiwi… Second, out of the 4 small pieces of pineapple in the cup 2 were rotten. Also, all of the fruit was room temperature. This was the first time I’ve been there, and it will be the last.

More like bad apples. This place has the most awful people money grubbing people that I’ve ever seen. They don’t honor their coupon agreements so don’t bother with any of that. And their drinks are way overpriced for the quality. Avoid at all costs unless you want your wallet empty and your stomach disappointed

Boooooo!!! My smoothie was mostly ice. So much ice it watered done the fruit. I basically paid. $ 6.50 for a glass of slightly flavored ice. The girl making it poked her finger in my smoothie — I guess to check thickness?!? Plus she knocked it over and spilled part while trying to get it in the cup. Really nice!

Awesome. This world needs more juice bars. Lots of varieties, fresh fruits and veggies. It’s small and tucked away in a sort of strip mall. I actually intended to go elsewhere, but the newly added sign caught my attention. Dropped in and was immediately helped. No line. The one person working there was very friendly and offered good conversation about juicing while preparing my #7; spicy kind of apple juice(sadly can’t recall all the fruits and veggies). I strongly recommend; just know that it’s not super quick. Fun to watch your juice made right in front of you… just takes some time.

Disappointed to find a locked door during business hours(9:45 am on Saturday). I drove from Keizer specifically for juice this morning. Bummer.

Great fresh Veggie juices. Juiced right in front of you, SO good, and a nutrient punch! Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the soup of the day, Zucchini Corn. Tasted like Zuchini and dishwater. Bleh. But then again, I should probably have thought a little more before I bought soup from a Juice bar.

Stopped by today. We had fruit juice drinks. I had a #7 and the wife had a #10. These are not jamba juice’s full of ice and sugar. They are very well thought out recipes that are delicious. The #10 had a ginger taste that added interest to the other fruits. The pear in the #7 was subtle.

Unique blend of vegetable and fruits for shakes or juices. I wanted to try for the Celery, Carrots, Garlic, Apple, Ginger, and Lime concoction. However, When I went in things moved a little slower as only one person was working. I was also never acknowledged on how long things would take so I had to leave for another appt before I got anything. Veggies looked pretty goo and I’m intrigued so I’m not fully giving a 1 until I try it.
