It looks like it has a decent selection of baby clothes, but I was here for toddler stuff. That’s upstairs, and they only had one, short rack. I felt weird even trying to look through it because I could see from the top of the stairwell it would be pointless. Eh. I might take a look at the baby boy stuff soon. Oh! But they do carry cloth diapers, both new and used.

I was expecting more from this place then the other«typical» clothing consignment shops. Not so, what a bummer considering I live so close with a rapidly growing toddler.

This is the best consignment store around. They have a great selection of well-priced merchandise(WAY cheaper than Mother Goose) and they give a fair value when you consign there. The person on the last review must not have read the consignment policies very closely, but I felt they were pretty clearly articulated in the initial paperwork.

Don’t consign here!!! I brought my bedding set here for consignment(perfect condition, expensive, custom bedding from Goodnight Room). I knew I wouldn’t get a ton for it but figured it was worth not having the hassle to sell it and supposedly it supports a charity. After 2 months I called and it still hadn’t sold, nobody told me anything else. At 3 months I went to pick it up and the bumpers were gone. The package had been marked down from $ 75 to $ 15 for a quilt and sheet. Apparently at some point in the 3 months since I had left the bedding their management decided not to sell bumpers anymore. And they THREWITAWAY. When I asked why no one called me, the front desk person said«oh…someone should have». When I asked to speak to a manager because I was pretty upset she huffed a bit and acted totally put out. She went out and came back saying the manager was willing to give me a $ 5 store credit. When I asked where the $ 5 had come from as the value sticker went down $ 60 when the bumper was removed, she shrugged and said she didn’t know«that’s just what the manager said». I wasn’t allowed to speak to the manager. I said the $ 5 was insulting and to keep it as I plan to never shop at the store again. I’m sorry for the charity but if they want a loyal clientele they need to improve their business practices.
