We had a great experience at Roberson Chrysler Jeep in Salem test driving then purchasing a 2010 Silver MX5 with only 10,000 miles on it. Pete Salinas had the car ready for us when we arrived and then allowed my husband and I to take it out for a test drive on our own. We appreciated being able to go out and test drive the car by ourselves, and it displayed the trust Pete and his company have in their new and potential customers. The experience went very smoothly with discussing and agreeing on a fair price including our trade in, and now my husband finally has his dream car and is beyond satisfied with our purchase. Excellent service before and after the sale! I’ve purchased 2 wranglers here and recommend them to anyone. In one case they fixed a problem after the sale even when there was no warranty and they didn’t have to. Customer for life.

I bought my $ 37,000 jeep wrangler from here. I’ve taken it in for several oil changes and a recall and I swear every time I had to wait forever before they actually started on it; even with an appointment. I suppose it wouldn’t be so bad if they were at least friendly and acknowledged me as I stood there waiting to be helped. They hardly even look at you. Listening to them answer the phone I can tell they are annoyed by customers. The work they’ve done has always been good as far as I can tell. Maybe they are under staffed.
