KEEPYOURMONEY!!! This company screws up your order! Not to mention if the website states that they actually have your product in stock ITSPROBABLY a lie, when you call to check your order then they will finally let you know they are on back order and they tell you 45day but really it’s a lot longer than that. When you finally do get your product ITSDAMAGED, they will try to blame fedex even through the box and wrapping are fine n just ur part is damaged. Trust me when I tell you ITSNOTWORTHYOURTIMEORMONEY!!!

I read the 4 total Unilocal reviews for RPI Designs before I contacted them. The 4 reviews were all 1 star and I thought, «surely it cant be that bad.» I called and Don verified that the carbon fiber style side skirts for my new Z06 were in stock. I ordered them on the website moments later, with a coupon code that made it $ 760 shipped. The value was great, which is why I decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, when the box arrived a quick 4 days later, it contained parts for a different car. I did a facepalm and felt like maybe I should have listened to the reviews… However, I got Don on the phone and he immediately apologized and made it right. He rush shipped the correct part and it came just a couple days later. The fedex guy also took the old part to ship back. The pieces themselves were fitted well– not perfect, hence 4 stars. Nothing I couldn’t fix with my drill(a hole was misaligned over a bolt). After bolting them on with the attached hardware, they look amazing. Just like the stock option, but a fraction of the cost. The carbon fiber weave is flawless and so is the gloss on the product. I’m very happy with the outcome. Took 30 minutes each side to install. I am happy and would do business with them again.

Wish I had read the reviews on Unilocal before I placed an order for their 2015 Camaro splash guards. Extremely poor craftsmanship of the smaller pieces. One piece of the 3MVHB is twice the size of the other and no instructions were included so you are left to guess as to where these are placed. Their spacers for the screws for the back splash guards are also cheaply done. I can go to Home Depot and get pieces that are far better than the junk they include. I emailed them about installation instructions and received no reply. Looks like these will go in the trash pile where they belong and I will buy the GM pieces from my local dealer. It’s a sham that they represent these as quality parts and what you get looks like it was cut by a child. No measurements and they aren’t even able to cut on a straight line.

Twice I wrote them asking if their splash guards for 2010 thru 2015 were actually fit to a 2015 because Mopar’s stone guards for earlier years do NOT fit a 2015. No reply either time. I took a chance… duh! Mistake. The stone guards do not fit. Now I have to send them back, probably at my expense. They must know the guards won’t fit as there are NO instructions or drawings of any king. They don’t even enclose an invoice for those of us who like a very through and complete file of all work, upgrades, and improvements. This reminds me of ordering parts from Russia. This company is a mess!

Complete failure in customer service, poor products. I’ve done four orders with RPI designs, 2 went ok but the other 2 had problems. I’ll talk about the worst one. I ordered some splash guards for my and installed them, no issues. About 10 months after installing them I found that both fronts cracked. I contacted RPI to see about warranty replacements or just buying replacements. I was told by Josh that they would be covered under warranty I just needed to send int he order number which I did, then silence. Weeks later I start another contact with them to see what happened. Several messages later including sending in pics I was told the replacements would be mailed out on the following Monday, guess what… They never showed up. I sent Josh(Who is the owner) a note expressing frustration only to get a one word answer back. Clearly he does not care about his customers. I did some research on forums and see that this is a fairly common pattern with Josh, poor customer service. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else, AVOIDRPI Designs

Ordered a color matched painted license plate frame from RPI Designs for my C-7. The part took about 3 weeks to process. I was heading out on vacation and had not received it so I called to have it sent to a different address. I was assured it would ship the next day and the address would be changed so it was not sitting on my front porch for 2 weeks. They DIDNOT change the address — It shipped to the address I originally specified — incompetent CUSTOMERSERVICE??? When I got home I opened the box and inspected the part. It had a bad profile machine cut(edges not cut straight), misaligned mounting holes, some edges not painted, some edges with paint overflow ridges. All in all — BADQUALITY ! ! ! I wrote to Josh(the owner) to express my concerns. .. he wrote back saying«We only buy the frames raw. They are all like that. If you don’t like, just send back for a refund.». I replied with a request to have RPI send a ‘call tag’ for return shipping for the defective part. I DIDNOTRECEIVE A RESPONSE. Was I off base to suggest that the supplier pay for the shipping on this DEFECTIVEPART? ?? I think not. Why should a CUSTOMER pay for the SUPPLIERSERRORS? ? ? In Summary: — POORQUALITY and INCOMPENTENT&UN-FRIENDLYCUSTOMERSERVICE ! ! !
