I should have added this review a long time ago, but life took over and it slipped my mind.
anyway, superb service. I called and a pick up was scheduled that night. he kept me updated and let me know what was wrong with my computer. I had a gr8 experience and he has made a customer for life. the only place for my computer repair from now on.

Great experience. He was able to address my needs and provide some useful expertise and recommendations as well. I definitely recommend and will be keeping his card handy if I need anything else. Another positive was that he was available on short notice and made it convenient for me.
