I’ve been going to Sears Optical for years. I could not have received better service from Dr. Acker or the staff! They always make me feel like I really matter and take time to make sure I am completely satisfied!

OMG, I had forgot about this place ’til I saw it on Unilocal.OK, so I made an appointment… easy. Then I arrive for my appointment… and there is only 1 worker… and 4 people waiting in line. So I wait like 30 minutes to even be seen. Then once I’m in the doctor’s office… he’s still eating his lunch. He’s very nice, so I forgave that. Then once done with the doc, I head out to pick out glasses. Wait another 30 minutes to order them. Three weeks later, they call and say that the glasses are ready. So I head there, another 30 minute wait. Then I finally get help, and they can’t find the glasses. Another 15 minutes. Then they finally find them… and low and behold… they aren’t the glasses I ordered… and some generic version that look the same as the«real» ones. I was so sick of Sears Optical that I took the cheap rip-offs and ran. DON’T GOHERE. SERIOUSLY. RIP-OFF. DON’T GOHERE. SERIOUSLYNOW.
