I was locked out of my condo this past Friday night. I Googled «locksmiths near Methuen, MA»; after other locksmiths not answering or giving unreasonable timeframes for response, I got ahold of Tim at Security Lock and Keys. I informed Tim of the problem I was having and he gave me pricing right on the phone BEFORE deciding to use his service. He showed up quickly and was polite and professional the entire time. Tim did an amazing job to get me into my condo, replaced/​re-​keyed my lock, and made keys in the same visit. In the end, Tim held his pre-​established pricing. I will be sharing Security Lock and Key with everyone I know if they are ever in need of a locksmith.
