They keep changing several store policies corporate wide that hurts the relations with the customer. This store makes no exception. Manager on duty didn’t even care. They consider a laser pointer an electronic, thus a 14-day return policy vs. 30-day…so I was over. Didn’t know a light in a pen is considered an electronic. Now I truly have no reason to go to any Staples. Funny you’d think they’d have better customer service /relations considering Walmart, Best Buy, Uline, Office Depot, Target, Amazon(and more) are their competition. All of which I’m still spending beaucoup dollars with.

Unbelievable! I’ve been on hold for 26 minutes just trying to find out if they have a laptop in stock before I travel the 60 min round trip to go buy it.(website says they only have 1 in stock). I have 3 phones going all trying to reach someone at a different department(technology, copy, and office supplies). At one point Copy answered and said sorry wrong dept and put me on hold before I could say anything more. Are they seriously that busy on a Thursday night at 6:45pm!

Previous reviews are accurate. Terrible customer service, especially with their printing services. I brought 3 important photographs to be mounted on foam core. They ruined one and said«it’s the best we can do». Then did nothing to remedy the situation. Clearly, the staff there is untrained and unknowledgeable.

The inventory at this Staples is pretty good, including office furniture in the back, something you don’t find at every Staples. The inventory and layout are pretty much what you’d expect. One thing I didn’t like is that you have to go through the checkout area to exit the store, even if you didn’t buy anything. That is awkward and probably inconvenient if there is a line of people waiting to check out. The other thing I didn’t like was the sloppiness of the checkout staff. They weren’t rude or discourteous or anything, but they also could have been a little more professional. Asking if you are a Rewards customer seemed to be a question in hindsight in some cases. The cashiers also needed to pay a bit more attention to how they stacked or bagged merchandise once it has been scanned. This just wasn’t up to the level of professionalism I’ve seen at other Staples stores. So this wasn’t really a «Superstore» it was a «Mediocrestore.»

Went in to ship a UPS envelope for work. I had the label. but even though they have the ups logo on the sign. .they don’t have any packaging. or at least wouldn’t put in the effort to find any

Chain is working themselves out of business. They advertise EASY but are anything but. Thus is the second time I have had an issue with a return. 1. Tried to return a Staples branded ink cartridge that was defective bit barely used. No go BC I didn’t have proof if purchase. It says Staples right on the product! 2. Received a an electronic product as a gift and was unable to return for even a store credit. Haveti go back to gift giver and have them dig up the receipt. It I’d a Staples exclusive product. also have found paper, file folders, and storage boxes MUCH cheaper at WalMart and Target.

I too will echo the lack of staff here. There’s usually one person on a register and help in the aisles is nonexistent. The copy center staff has messed up my order more than once. I’m not remotely impressed and come here only due to dire circumstance of needing something they have.

This store has the worst staff and managers. I called this morning to see if the do it yourself printers took USB flash drives. They transferred me to the copy and print department and a female told me yes. I went down and saw that that was not true. There was a black woman in the copy center(obviously the one that talked to me earlier) and she then told me no they wouldnt print off of flash drives. Then she took her sweet ass time to even help me. Finally, she loads my drive and tells me she cant print it because its a copywrited manual. I call a manager over, and he says the same thing. When I complained about the misinformation earlier, the black female denied telling me that. I WILLNEVERDOBUSINESSWITHTHISSTAPLESEVERAGAIN.

They need more staff!!! We were in the market for a new laptop. We got in and shopped for a little bit and then stood there waiting for someone to show up(5 – 7 minutes)… finally we asked the lady in the printing dept to get someone for us. There had been another couple looking before us so I was polite and let them go first. They ended up purchasing a computer and the sales person said he would finish up with them and then help us, unless the other sales person finished what he was doing first. We waited another 10 minutes and the 2nd salesman finished what he was doing he was headed over and another customer asked him for something and he went with her… I was flabbergasted. Needless to say we walked out… and on our way out the 1st salesman saw us and said are you all set… I said«NO we are leaving» he said«I can help you» to which I replied… «I am DONE» We bought our computer at another store just down the street. I was never a fan of Staples… but now I will make every effort to avoid them.

A typical cookie cutter Staples Store, NO A SUPERSTORE! Next to K– Mart and Market Basket– in a VERY busy shopping plaza. I went in at Christmas holiday time to look at printers. A good deal of time I waited for a sales clerk as I was interested in a new wireless printer. I found a nice one, floor model on clearance. It didn’t have the box, but I got the software and manual at a very good price. Not a place I would shop at regularly, but it met the need at a time that I needed a good printer at a cheap price.
