The staff is always friendly and personable. However, they are far from knowledgable of their services. I added a line to my plan, I walk out of the store and my primary line no longer had a data package. I have been with them since 06′ and every time I make the slightest change, it’s a mess. I blame corporate for not properly training their employees. Maybe they need a more user friendly way to navigate through their system in order to not make these ridiculous changes.
