I initially was a customer in the beginning of November to an artist named Stephan. I went in for a touch-​up (normal with tattoos) and he was let go. Ty, the owner, honored Stephan’s work and touched it up complimentary. That is A+ customer service in my book. Since having tattoo’s is like having kids, (1st is scary, 2nd and consecutive are not) I had Ty give me an original tattoo that day just to give him more business. So happy with the result! Took my Mom in for Mother’s day and got her some Nana ink.
Cons: not down with cig smoke, but hey, that is just me.
