The cashier service in this place is a joke. You have to go track down a worker to get through the cashier area. Today was the last straw. I wanted some soil mix, waited at the counter for 15 minutes, was never greated, never heard a «welcome» «we will be with you shortly» I was simply ignored, period.
If you want good service and good products, go to Highway Fuel. Terra Garden customer service is horrible!

Terra Gardens is a joke! I have spent thousands of dollars there on soil, bark, and plants. I recently bought their «organic mulch» as a top dressing for flower beds as stated on the website that it’s used for. After it was all spread I noticed as soon at it rained there was tons of plastic and garbage that came to the surface. I called at talked with the manager Tammy. She admitted that they have had issues with this product and the garbage in it. She said sorry nothing I can do. Totally unexceptionable! Will take our business somewhere else.

A great selection of local, native plants as well as some not so local choices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent classes for beginners up to experts. Competitive prices. They offer a lot of assistance after purchase as well.

I love this place! It’s so big and has a great variety! And they have tons of trees! Delivery costs $ 35 which is great since I don’t have a truck. They had lots of herbs and stepping grass (Which at 3.50 a pop is typical but expensive)
Pricing was on par with other nursuries, but the variety and the ambiance of the nursery was much nicer than other local stores.
