I signed up for a Groupon Brazilian wax and it was the most painful wax I’ve ever experienced. Additionally, lots and lots of hair was left behind. I had to visit another salon and pay again to have my wax corrected.

Do not see LISA! SHE RUINED MY HAIR! (Check out my photo — total hack job.) She had an attitude from the start, pretended to listen to what I wanted. I almost asked to see the color bottles she used because I was sure she was back there mixing up some strange concoction and I was right. She put my color under a drier (I pulled myself out) and left it on for over an hour while she did 2 other cuts. Total hack job on the cut. All the time touting her «precision cutting and 27 years of experience. If you by a groupon and get her, turn around an walk away.

I was looking for a hair stylist closer to my home and saw this salon on Groupon. I made an appointment with Sheri, the owner. I could not have been happier with my haircut! She was professional, friendly and quick. Even though I used a groupon, her prices are more than reasonable and I will continue to use her services from now on. Highly recommended!

Bought a Groupon for waxing with Lisa. She was not timely, not welcoming, and made me feel uncomfortable. Her conversation during what should be a pampering session was inappropriate and vulgar at times. I’ve been waxed by other ladies over the last 4 years and I can say she was my worst experience. I actually bought a Groupon for 3 visits and only used 2, my experience was so bad I was willing to be out the money for my unused visit.

I had a 3 o’clock appointment with Andrae. I was coming in because I purchased a Groupon and the last place (great clips) messed my hair up pretty bad. I went there with my 3 year old daughter about 30 min early to my appointment. Andrae was just cleaning up from his last cut, and let me come in early because he was open! He sat me down and asked what I wanted. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, I Just wanted it fixed. He did amazing! He let me bring my daughter out onto the floor and sit her on a chair, gave her some stickers, and got my cut finished up quick. He was quick but very good and professional. My hair is pretty tough to cut and make look good, and he did a phenomenal job. It reminds me of episode of King of the Hill when Hank is looking for a new barber after his reliable one failed him, and he describes how difficult his hair is to cut to LuAnne as she gets a passing grade from the teacher. He made my extremely wavy hair feel smooth, the lines look professional and sharp, and I will be going back to him for my future haircut needs.

I got the hair cut and conditioning groupon. My hair curls when layered so can’t tell about the haircut for a couple weeks. But the conditioning treatment by Andre was excellent. My hair is soft and shiny. I hope it lasts.

I got a groupon, and I was very excited. Since it had been over three years since I got to get my hair professionally cut and colored. I arrived on time and they got me in. She was nice but didn’t really listen to me. I said no gold or red. I just want a rich brown. She said there was no getting around that. I also want a a line but wanted not much length off the front. Well she ended up cutting someone’s else’s hair and waxing someone’s else’s eyebrows while on my appt. time. I ended up with an hair cut that was not what I wanted. A color that was brassy gold brown, and I was late to a family function. So I had to the same night go get brown coloring to cover up the brass gold. It was another horrible experience hlgetti n g my hair done. Please don’t by the groupon. It was no a good deal at all. It was as bad as a super cuts.
