Worst home depot ever! Staff are always busy with something so dont dare ask. Everything is overpriced. The isles arent really labeled as to whats in each isle so your basically walking around blind. Long lines, rude staff, who just send u to a department instead of helping you look for what you need…

Horrible Staff member’s. They mixed the paint up incorrectly for me, and I tried to return it and the staff gave me a really hard time. The paint staff, told me and argued with me saying that she cannot do anything with it, and that if she took it back, she would have to eat the paint. Really? Is that how you talk to customers? Please re-train your staff. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will spend my money at Lowes.

I called Home Depot and asked them to come out and give me an estimate on carpet for my massage studio. Two people came out, took measurements and told me to come to the store to pick out the carpet. For this service I was charged $ 35. So when I went to the carpet section at HD, I was then told that I could only order industrial type carpet since it was for a business as opposed to picking out what I believe would be best for my business. I told them that they did’n’t tell me that when I first had the two employees come to my studio for measurements. Needless to say, I told them that I was not interested and when I asked for a refund of my $ 35, they said that I was not entitled to it. I then hired someone from a flooring company who did it without any further problems. For this issue, I will always go to either Lowe’s or another local hardware store.
