I had a Stainless Steel Necklace resized by this ‘Jeweler’. First, the ‘Jeweler’ on duty told me that they would need to saw the links to remove them. I had to inform her that the links were pre-​split by the manufacturer to facilitate their removal. The extra links were removed by the ‘Jeweler’ holding and twisting them between two pair of needle nose pliers. The necklace was returned to me with multiple scratches on the two adjoining links. The ‘Jeweler’ failed to use ordinary care and caused damage by using common hand tools in place of something more suitable for the purpose. I’ll be avoiding this incompetent business for anything other than simple watch battery or band replacements. They cannot be entrusted with anything of value as they appear to lack basic skills. ZERO Stars, if possible.

No big deal. I just needed a new watch band. Quick, friendly, a good value. There are 3 kiosks just like this one sat the Rockingham Mall so I could havepicked any one of them. But after this one positive transaction, I’ll go back here
