I went there looking to print my film. I went there right after I’d come back from vacation so I was really tired. Immediately when I entered the female employee greeted me and helped me. Super quick errand, but it was nice given the good customer service!

Needed a restoration done for my husband’s b-day — plenty of time but still wasn’t done, had to keep calling to get it in the time frame I did. Poor customer service, conflicting information. Will never shop there again. Restoration was «fair».

Walked in looking for a new case, flash and lens for my dslr. I wandered for about 10 minutes and neither of the two workers even acknowledged me. One was with a customer but the other was checking his phone. Neither even said hi to me or gave me an I’ll be right with you comment. The girl working almost ran into me and still said nothing. Needless to say I bought nothing there and will not be back.

Excellent job converting an antique photo into prints. No one else in town would touch my photo due to it’s delicate condition but Shutterbug did, and what an amazing job!

I bought my Nikon 830 here. very good customer service.
nice selection of cameras. prices in the store can vary quite a bit according to the season. especially during the holiday season and black Fridays there can be a major difference of a lot of money on a camera. they will match any advertised special if the price is less than another store they will refund you the rest.

The Shutterbug’s only saving grace is how amazing their General Manager is. But the rest of their customer service is seriously lacking.
Because of him, I am willing to give them one more chance. I cannot give their GM enough praise. He has truly been amazing every time I have dealt with him.
He also teaches great classes. Those I would recommend.

I have given shutterbug business for over 10 years and have not had any problems with service, warranties or equipment purchases. In fact they recently cleaned my camera for free when they were under no obligation or factory recall. Shutterbug always matches a price I can find elsewhere and are helpful in selecting equipment to add to my collection. The remodel of the South Salem store has a nice touch and the additional staff is outstanding in providing customer service. Also, if the Shutterbug doesn’t have the item I wish to purchase they tend to have it ordered and delivered within a couple of days. They have even obtained merchandise I was interested in purchasing so I could check it out first hand!
I believe if I had any problem with a purchase at Shutterbug the staff would make good on a solution. I highly recommend Shutterbug with at least 10 years experience as a customer.
