Salem, OR
The Soup Shack is one of the most popular vendors at the Saturday Market. I frequent their business regularly and thoroughly enjoy and recommend their Farmboy Sandwich. The Sandwich consists of two different types of cheeses, tomato, pesto, and a heaping portion of pastrami. It hits the spot for me every time. On occasion, they even hand out dog treats :)
