Since I need to give more detail about my experience… Don’t become friendly with these people, the owner male will talk poorly behind your back saying unnecessary things to other customers. Yeah their juice is good but their business conduct is bad. They’re knowledgeable sure, but The male is self centered and doesn’t care about the business and will do whatever he can by screwing over people plus it’s really weird that they live there?!?

The people who work here are extremely helpful and enjoyable to interact with. The owner is knowledgable and friendly, and the other customers his business attracts are likewise friendly. When I stopped in the one of the other customers was even kind enough to give me some of his vape juice in a bottle provided by the owner. It is also clean and well-​lit, unlike most vape shops, which are always low-​key sketchy.
Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment – out of all the Salem vape shops I’ve gone to this is by far the best.

The first time I went to the vapers brew I was very impressed with well, everything! From the products they carry to the customer service they were excellent! I wish all the vape shops out here were this helpful. My mechanical mod wasn’t firing and the owner Logan was more than willing to help me get it working again. Very pleased with my experience here! I would highly recommend you stop by and check it out!

I went to the Vaper’s Brew in Salem today not knowing the first thing about «vaping.» I told the gentleman behind the counter exactly that and he said «not a problem» and he immediately start pulling product out and setting it on the counter in front of me. He sat down with me and ran threw the pros and cons of everything he set out as well as ask me questions to be sure that I walk out with the right vape pen. I finally decided on my particular pen, which he then set up for me and explained everything he was doing as well as showing me other things I would have to do to maintain it.
I am very impressed with everything about this shop. They have great service, a clean and classy environment, and I didn’t feel like I left with anything more then I needed. I love my new vape pen and will never shop anywhere else for my vaping supplies.
