Honestly really tried to like these guys and their work. We worked with them in planning our wedding in just about 5 months. Frustrating to get ahold of Arthur at every turn.
The engagement shoot was planned and ‘due to wind’ was cancelled. It then took over a month to reschedule. Difficult to hear back from Arthur to choose a time and day, actually contacted another photographer as I felt uncomfortable with ease of contact and response to email, voicemail and text. It was one excuse after another as to why unable to contact. («I’m best by email… I get too many texts… I never check VM… Ohh, email is going to spam…»)
By the time engagement shoot was done and photos back, another 3 – 4 weeks, absolutely no use for the photos less than 60 days to our date. Their engagement pics appear all the same for all their clients, only about 10 or so that we actually liked the pose and would have used anyway.
I was optimistic, we really liked their personalities, but again, we had a list of photo shoot ideas for the wedding that didn’t turn out. Rather than tell us we only found out when we FINALLY got out photos back nearly 3 months after our wedding. (We tried the frame holding thing and all of them blurry, not a single one did family show up clear or us clear — could have advised ‘this isn’t really working’.)
Totally frustrating contacting them to pick up the thumb drive, as that is all we wanted. They gave us a discount on their services, maybe that’s why they were sub par? But 2 months after our wedding Arthur promised the pics were ready and could pick up on a Tuesday — finally 20 days later we were able to hear back and get thumb drive. And that was after my husband met them and they didn’t have, then next day went back…
In all our pics, we are not properly centred in many. Only about 10 photos of my full length dress. We specifically asked for a «thank you» photo where we used blank signs that they said would work best for them to photoshop in the words — not a single photo with the sign actually said thank you and there was like 25 pics with the sign…
At any rate, when in doubt, DON’T. The pics are OK, but for a wedding of only 30 people this is disappointing.

My girlfriend arranged TreeFrog-​Photography to photo us together in an alley in Salem. I was skeptical about the background at first. However, it gave us privacy and less distractions, allowing us to be outdoors yet away from crowds. Cole and Anna Ewert kept the atmosphere relaxed and yet fun. When I saw the photos, I was very happy with their selected background and the quality of the shots! It brought out the best in my girlfriend and I. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them for portraits or any event you would like professionally photographed.

I Love TreeFrog Photography, I recommend this awesome photography company to everyone, they make me smile. My photos came out amazing and I just love them, they are the nicest and made the whole experience so much fun.
