Wendy’s

Not sure what it is about this wendy’s that they can’t understand «with no sauce please» but I have never come in and had them get my baconators correct. On top of that this time they gave me 2 chicken nugget kids meals instead of a chicken nugget and a cheeseburger. Oh well looks like a bit of an extra trip to the one in south salem for my Wendy’s from now on.

Stopped into this afternoon after a busy day of shopping. Seen the sgin out front for the 4 for 4. It was very busy in the dining room and out side also. I was surprised that I had got my meal out so quick! I remembered Jason was helping the cashier Jessica get the orders out! And They were both very friendly when i asked about the ketchup pump .It was great service and the food was excellent.

Didn’t even want to rate this a one star. Miss Ashley that works drive thru is terrible. All that attitude she was giving wasn’t necessary. Whoever hired her needs to be checked. This establishment has low ratings and now I know why. My family came from out of town just for Wendy’s. What a disappointment. I was really worried there would be spit in my food I couldn’t enjoy it. She also forgot to give us 2 burgers we ordered. Terrible all the way around. Won’t ever be coming back to this Wendy’s. Get it together!

So here I am at Wendy’s your old fashioned hamburger restaurant. Yeah, you know who Wendy is, that funny looking girl with the red hair and the crazy freckles for a logo. Almost like you haven’t seen her before but she’s plastered all over the place. :) LoL
Anyways, I been coming here from time to time and nothing really surprises me much these days but really I am all down for the 99 cent everyday value items. The Chicken Sandwiches here are super great and even the Frosty’s hit the spot for a lunch break.
The really cool thing I noticed, they have 2 soda machines unlike some other businesses which I have been speaking of recently. Don’t have much complaints or issues with this establishment the only thing I wish was they had more locations. Besides the two here in Salem on Lancaster and Commercial
When I’m out visiting my friends up north in Salem or Keizer we sometimes want Wendy’s but usually it’s a little too far to drive just hoping for a Kaiser Station location.
Oh yeah I almost forgot about the chicken nuggets but really the value is the chicken sandwich so I believe. In the end I think Wendy’s is worth the whole five stars for real budget food and keep up the good work.

So I was craving a baconator For a few days now so I went for lunch & I ordered a son of baconator since I thought I wouldn’t finish the normal one. Got my order & my burger didn’t have bacon in it. How would you forget the bacon on a BACONATOR?! I took it back & the girl said sorry & I just told her to give me the regular baconator I’ll pay extra & she said it was fine. I get the «right» baconator, go to my table unwrap it, & there’s no bacon again! Wtf?! The main item on it is bacon! I was so disappointed I didn’t even want to go back to get the right one. I went anyway & they finally put bacon in it but I they only put 3 strips of bacon when it was supposed to have 6 according to the website. I kind of lost my appetite after they messed up twice & I didn’t even get satisfied with it. Overall it was a bad experience I MIGHT give it a try again but not soon

If you plan on going to this location for breakfast then don’t expect it to actually open on time. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, I lost patience and went to the window to write the information down for this review and the manager finally came to the window after I had written everything down. He asked if there was anything he could do for me and I told him I was done waiting and his only response was, «Sorry about that.»
If you don’t plan on opening you business with cash registers ready at 10:00am then state you’ll be open at 10:15 or 10:30am. It’s just annoying to have this false advertising.

Hardly come here because they don’t offer refills on their drinks. Came in today for the first time in years and it took forever to order with only one cashier who had to be fairly new and there was a long line.

Food is ALWAYS excellent. The service through the drive– thru is terrible.

i agree that writing a review on a fast food place is pointless. I mean what can you expect. Its low priced food.

It’s Wendy’s cant say to much more. disappointed with the wait inside again. It’s lunch have more people.

Not much to say here… I only come to Wendys for their 99 cent Frostys. Pulled into the drive thru at about 9:30PM and was out of there by 9:31 PM with fast, friendly service. That’s about it, folks!

For what it is the food was ok and the pricing was cheap. (if you go with the value meal selections) For something quick and filling this would be a good choice. Wouldn’t want to eat here often.
