Working with this company has been far from satisfactory. Starting with waiting over four months from when I called to have the service done, until you arrived, with no up date other then none committal responds to my inquires. Poor communications on between what was being done and when. And poor business language on the phone. The sales mans neglect and project manages poor business skills were beyond disappointing.
The two workers who came out were polite and efficient, no complaint with them. This part of the work was well done.
When I shared with the company, they said sorry the issues occurred.

Western Pacific Roofing has done roof work for me twice and both times showed why they are an excellent roofing company. Everyone was friendly and informative and above all, made the necessary repairs at a fair price with no hidden surprises. I would recommend them in a flash.
