Horrible and unprofessional. Couples months ago, my husband called them and the receptionist started arguing with him. Then she decided to just hang up on him because she heard me laugh. Who does that !? We went there in person to ask why they hung up on my husband, oh of course they didn’t do it ! (lol) Supposedly that person wasn’t there anymore and they changed receptionist every 15 minutes. haha In the end, just before we leave, the staff and secretaries started laughing, making fun of us like school girls. But hey, they didn’t hung up on him right? Totally disrespectful people. Another time, i asked a question and the girl working there proceeded to tell me like 100 times that they weren’t a free clinic when that wasn’t even my point. Bunch of immature, unprofessional staff. Glad my money is going somewhere where im being treated with respect and as a patient instead of a piece of trash.

this is a very nice medical practices run to Salem Hospital. all the doctors on staff do a wonderful job so it’s not necessary to see your own Doctor if you really don’t have too.
appointments are usually easy to get.
waiting time is about as usual but not too bad.
