Called for a ride and was told it was a 30 minute wait. An hour later I call back to ask where they are and am told they are on their way. After 1:20 they finally show up. Although the cab appeared to be clean, something in there was causing me to cough the whole ride. As soon as I get out of the cab, the coughing stops. I had used another cab company for a ride to the same place that morning and the total was $ 7. The yellow cab driver used an entirely different route which was intentionally longer. Will never use them again.

Picked us up, dropped us off in a timely manner. Cab was clean but not fancy. Driver was friendly.

Used them to get to and from the train station early in the morning and in the early evening. I had absolutely no problems. Cars were reasonably clean and odor free. Drivers were safe and courteous. Rates are about the same or a little cheaper than other area taxis but they are far more sophisticated and professional than the other options in the Salem area.
The only downside is that they only take cash and don’t tell you this up front. If they had a credit card machine in vehicles they would get 5 stars from me. Still, I’d use them again.

Couple of weeks ago I called just after midnight to ask for a ride to go to the emergency room, gave them my address and was told it would be a little wile. One hour, no cab, I called again and was assures I was ’ still of the list’ …they NEVER call or showed up. I will not be calling them anytime in the future
