Yankee Candle Company

I had a great experience shopping here over the weekend. The staff was extremely knowledgable and seemed like they enjoyed helping the customer. I had a clerk showing me around the store, asking me what I liked and pointing me in the right direction. I was shopping for a christmas swap gift and she showed me the popular options as well as many gender neutral scents. She helped make my decision easy. Such a friendly environment, will definitely shop here again.
The only reason that they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think Yankee Candles are very over priced, I had a coupon which helped tremendously and I don’t think I would buy their candles without a coupon. $ 28 for a jar candle is just ridiculous to me.

This is a smaller store, but they offer great in store and coupon deals if you hit them on the right week. There is no sales tax, like the one up the street in Methuen, but it’s in the mall (which I try to avoid). They are helpful in here, but there’s always a lot of people cause it’s the mall.
