Rick is a great salesman. I called a couple security companies but didn’t like any of the deals they were giving me. Rick offered me a great deal that I could not pass up and he sat there with me explaining how every piece of equipment worked that I was getting. Rick came to my door today offering services. We had comcast security scheduled for Thursday but I’m so glad he was able to convince me to switch. He is super knowledgeable about the system and was able to answer my questions without beating around the bush. I appreciate his honesty and trust in the services he has to offer my family. Best part of all, he was able to waive all my install fees.

Rick is a workaholic and I tested him every time by sending texts as he perfers and everytime a quick response, now that is what I like convenient, clear communication, and overall good service. Good ‘ol door salesman with good ‘ol service, I like that! Now there were a few minor mishaps on scheduling but I overlooked it because of the responsiveness, ownership in error, and service is just commendable. Keep it up Rick and thank you for your great communication!

Rick came by shortly after we moved into our new home and offered us a deal we could not refuse. ADT corporate wanted to charge $ 330 for me to transfer my services to my new home plus $ 70 permit fee. I denied the service. Rick offered everthing to me for free of charge and kept our business. That’s how business should be!!! Very patient and understanding. Thanks Rick, you were AWESOME!!!
