If you want needless aggravation then this is the company for you! I have tried calling them for 2 weeks. They NEVER answer the phone and DONOT return phone calls. I was«assigned» to them through AHS my homeowners insurance policy, and even they could hardly get in touch with them. Twice they told me WWA would be calling me in 20 minutes – that was 2 weeks ago and 6 days ago. Since their customer service is so horrid to new potential customers, I shudder to think how bad their service must be!

If I could give this company no stars I would. They do not communicate ATALL. I had a repairman from their company tell me that a new compressor was needed for my refrigerator and they would order it and call me to schedule a follow-up appointment. I will admit that it was very difficult to understand him as his English was quite poor(a very nice gentleman though). I left multiple messages over the following week asking for an update on when my part would arrive so we could schedule the follow-up appointment. My refrigerator has now been broken for over three weeks. Finally after five days someone from the office left a message on my phone in which she said that she had left a message the week before(which is not true because there were no missed calls on my phone nor where there any messages). She informed me that they do not repair compressors and that Fridgidaire would have to set me up with a different service company. If you don’t repair compressors in appliances what exactly do you do? My main complaint with this company… how difficult is it to call someone back when they have left multiple messages? There is no way to contact this company other than through a phone call, because there is no company business to go to(it is based out of a home). If the only way to contact them is through phone calls, then it is imperative that they respond to phone calls, especially when they NEVER answer the phone.

This is a terrible appliance and repair business, a third-party contractor for Sears home service. Their terrible service also reflects very poorly on Sears, which uses horrible businesses like these when they overflow. I am absolutely certain they would go out of business without Sears sending«business» their way. Here I summarize my problems: 1) Sears said to call this company because Sears decided to use this third party company for their repair overflows. 2) The Sears CSR for home repair called this company on Thursday(14 October 2015) afternoon, and was not able to reach them on their listed phone number. 3) I subsequently called them on Friday(15 October 2015) morning, during normal business hours. Unhelpfully, the woman on the answering machine left the message that they were closed. This is unacceptable. 4) I then spoke with a CSR in Sears’s overflow department, a Colanda(sic.?), who mentioned to me that this business never picks up the phone. I see two very straightforward resolutions for this Sears: either Sears terminates its business relationship with WWA Parts & Service, or WWA Parts & Services goes out of business. Either is better than allowing this capitalist atrocity to continue its existence.
