Had the Parmesan Chicken breasts with rice pilaf. Very, very good. Only downside, which was minimal, was the server thought he was a comedian. He wasn’t. Other than that, he was very good. Always kept our drinks filled and never interrupted while we were talking.

Very average steakhouse with average service. Our bread and appetizers came out of the kitchen pretty quickly but we had to wait forever to ask someone to bring us small plates so we could eat our appetizers and bread. It was also frustrating that they never ask or attempted to clear plates we were finished with. A little staff training in this area would greatly improve the service aspects we experienced. Everything seemed to be on par with an Outback Steakhouse. Just all around okay. I left feeling full but feeling like I wished I’d had a better, different meal.

Despite being a chain restaurant this place has consistently good food and pleasant staff in a comfortable environment. Steaks are great, but the seafood is tasty, too. The only downsides are the country music playing just a little too loudly as the fact that they bring bread to the table which is not cut all the way through. Despite struggling with half cut bread while listening to pop country this is one of our favorite places in town.

Warm ambience, pleasant hostess and delightful waitress made our dining experience a good one. The strawberry chicken salad and Bleu Ridge steak salad were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the Montana mule! If you are in Salina, Kansas, I highly recommend this restaurant for your evening meal!

I came here the first time and it is now my choice restaurant when I’m in Salina. Great service, the food was outstanding. I’ve now been there twice and had a great experience each time. Oh — and the steak was cooked perfectly!
