If you are wanting a cool room to get out of the heat during the summers this is not a place to stay! We complained at 9:30 at night that our room was 80 degrees. They only flipped a breaker(that had not flipped) and told us it will get better. At 1:30 in the morning it was back at 80 degrees. They told us then that we could change rooms! But who wants to change at that time after sleeping?! We won’t be going back!

No hot water at 7:45 am. Tild too many guests using at same time. Spoiled milk at free hotel breakfast. Wife ended up in emergency room at Salina Regional Health Center. Spoke with owner of hotel. No sympathy or assistance. Not nice people. Would not recommend. This cheap hotel ended up ruining our vacation and costing over $ 1,000 at ER.

I like super 8 hotels, mostly because they are pet friendly. How nice or rundown does vary from location to location. This location was pretty nice, our room was larger then a lot of others we’ve stayed at. Mini fridge, good size flat screen, comfy pillows. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I didn’t get to use the pool because we got in to late but it’s rare to find super 8 with indoor pool. I will be making this location my normal stop over from Co to ok in future.

I thought this was a really nice hotel. It is amazing how super 8s can vary so much but I agree with one of the reviewers who said it was like a Marriott inside. I would definitely stay there again. I was traveling and just needed a place at like 3am and besides a clean room I was also concerned with a safe location because I had a rooftop carrier and a car full of stuff. Everything was fine in the morning and the location seemed to be safe and secure. The next night I stayed in another Super 8 in Wyoming, it was disgusting. Again, they vary so much.

we weren’t treated as nice as we should have… weird place.

Not bad. Not great. I’ve stayed at better and worse Super 8’s. Little outdated but does have a flat screen tv and free wifi, albeit a slow wifi. Gas station right next door and a few restaurants just a few blocks away. $ 65 with no reservation, or discount. I would stay here again.

This place is NOT like a Marriott. We had the typical ugly floral bedspreads, with the added delight of a bunch of pillows with covers and toss pillows that we had to find some place to get out of the road. Only two pillows had pillowcases and they weren’t adequate. There was a huge ugly recliner that didn’t work quite right. Only one side of the king-size bed had a nightstand. The bedside lamp on one side was so far away that I had to get out of bed to turn it off. Overall the room was dingy and dark and not especially clean. I wrote the date on the dust on the window ledge… wonder if it’s still there. Although they do have flat screen TVs, they are small and mounted too high to watch comfortably. The linens are scratchy and thin. The«breakfast» consisted of cereal and coffee. We ate out. I wouldn’t stay at this place again. Admittedly, I prefer more upscale chains like Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn, and in Salina those cost about $ 25 a night more. Since we seem to travel a lot in this area and Salina is often our halfway point, we’ll go back to trying other places or back to the Hampton Inn which DOES have nice white linens and is always clean.

Rooms are modern and bathrooms updated. They have a mini fridge & a mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The beds are really comfortable and the pillows super soft. $ 70 for 2 queen size beds.

For a Super 8 we were shocked! It was like a Marriott inside. Our room had super nice bedding with down comforters, bed was very comfortable, and there was a flat screen tv. Definitely would stay here again!
