Great great customer service! Efraim was very polite and professional. He did a great job. He left my living room dust/​soot free just as he had promised (which I appreciated GREATLY). I will definitely be contacting Efraim every time I need my chimney cleaned. He went above and beyond what I expected. While being there, he also cleaned my dryer vent since I had mentioned to him that my dryer had not been functioning properly. Dryer has been working great since then. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

I am very happy with the job A1 Chimney Sweeps did. From my initial phone call they kept in constant contact with me, even though due to both of our schedules we played phone tag for a day they ensured me they did not forget about me. I had clogged gutters on a two story house and a fireplace that had not been cleaned in 4 years. A1 did an excellent job in cleaning out the gutters and my fireplace. I was amazed at how clean and dust/​soot free my living room was after they left. Very professional and personable demeanor and very reasonable prices. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends or family. Thank you for a job well done.

Efraim did a great job on our very challenging chimney. Our place as a very long chimney and he had to get up on the roof of our 2+ story house. He did a very thorough job and did a great job on the wood stove as well. He is courteous and professional. He and his partner left the area very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone and will have them back for our next cleaning.

I needed to get my chimney inspected and was also looking into getting my gutters cleaned before the rainy weather (thanks El Niño we need the rain). Efraim was the most polite and professional individual. It was a plus that i was able to get two for one since he offered both chimney sweeps and gutter cleaning services. He arrived right on time. The gutter cleaning was great. He left no mess behind and left our gutters free of any gunk. I now know who I will be calling when I need a chimney inspection or my gutters cleaned. I text on Saturday (the day after Christmas) in the off chance that someone might be working. Efraim answered right away and said he could come out between 4 – 4:30. He was right on time! He gave our chimney and fireplace a thorough inspection and said we didn’t need it cleaned yet. He could’ve easily said we needed it cleaned and charged us anyway. He was honest and efficient! I definitely recommend and will continue to use this company and recommend!

Elraim was awesome. He was on time, polite, professional, and left my hearth area cleaner than he got it. He also inspected the condition of my chimney box and advised me on the longevity of it and the maintence to get the most out of it. Efraim was incredible! He came out as scheduled and was on time. He was friendly, personable and answered all my questions. He cleaned our chimney, offered advice on fire escape plans and fireplace maintenance — even recommending the types of wood that we could gather from our property to use. A-​1 came to my house today to clean my wood-​burning stove. I called around and they were the most professional on the phone, willing to make the time to get here, a little late, but kept me informed the whole time. Very professional gentlemen who came and they did an incredible job of cleaning and keeping my house free of the dust, etc. Would highly recommend them!

Skip Baker was very affordable and very personable. He also wears the chimney sweep hat and is full of knowledge about your chimney needs. He did a great job and was also the closest, most local, chimney person I could find. I will definitely use him again.
