There are better storage places in Salinas. They have hidden fees such as charging $ 1 a month extra to send you a monthly bill. When I first asked they said it was something the computer adds on. Many months later when I asked again they said it was to mail each statement so I had them to stop mailing the statements and save the $ 1 a month. Their customer service is also not the best. I have had to go outside and get their attention as they were outside in a car talking to someone and not watching anyone going into the office. I finally figured out they worked there and was able to pay my bill after approaching the car.
Also, there are rats or mice or something (s) leaving droppings all over everything inside so make sure all of your stuff is covered up.
