Fairly simple problem but absolute top notch experience from phone call to finish. Dispatcher committed next day but said he’d check with 2 guys in the field. Locksmith showed up ~2 hours later. Cordial and VERY professional, fixed lock quickly, wiped off fingerprints and picked up saw dust on floor. Definitely recommend!

Wow, Andersen’s was the last locksmith I called after trying about six others. My husband had locked his keys in his truck in Sand City, had to catch a flight from SFO the next morning, and his phone was almost dead. I was in Washington State, frantically trying to rescue him from 1200 miles away! Oscar was so friendly and so professional. What a relief there are still businesses around that understand what prompt and courteous service means. 20 Stars!

I have dealt with them on several occasions over the years, most recently today to purchase a new deadbolt lock and have it keyed. They have always provided good service at reasonable cost.

Can I put more than 5 stars?
I was having a MAJOR emergency and needed some locks changed ASAP.
Oscar (I believe was his name) arrived shortly after I called and went right to work. It took him no less than 30 minutes to change locks on three doors and he even fixed two locks that had been improperly installed.

My neighbor locked herself out of her apartment and these guys showed up in about 30 minutes and handled business. Really friendly and knowledgeable, plus they’ve been around for over 30 years. ²⁴⁄₇ service is apparently hard to find on the Peninsula, seeing as we called probably 6 other companies from what we saw on
. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Andersen’s. You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I were about 1.5 hours into our drive to San Simeon State park to camp when my husband realized we had left the key to our overhead carrier at home! I googled a locksmith in Salinas (we were passing through) and Andersen’s came up. The gentleman on the phone gave us easy directions. The other gentleman in the office looked up the key code and made us a key in about 5 minutes. And he only charged us $ 20. They were both very friendly and empathetic. Thank you so much Andersen’s for saving our vacation.
