After seeing three orthopedic surgeons and being told 3 different things I went to see Dr. Inlow. He was very nice and even though the problem appeared to be visible on the x-ray he ordered an MRI. The MRI showed more problems that any of the surgeries that the first three doctors recommended would have not addressed and therefore i would still be in pain. I need to have my ankle fused and am reluctant to do so. We are currently controlling the pain and swelling with cortisone injections because he is able to get them right where they need to be despite the scar tissue from previous surgery and they are very effective. The only complaint I have is that it takes so long to get in to see him. I never know when the injection is going to wear off and once it does it takes 6 weeks or more to get in to have another one. That’s too long when I only need 15 minutes of his time to feel better. As for the wait when you get to the office I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see him he is very punctual in that respect.

Dr Inlow seems an excellent dr. Hard to get an appt even when a long term patient, but dealing with the staff who make appts, coordinate, etc… is completely frustrating and worrisome. Almost without exception, the front office staff seems to be amazingly inept. Unfriendly, don’t return calls, don’t seem to care. How can such a good physician have staff that reflect so poorly on the office as a whole???

Had an ingrown toenail an Dr Inlow did a great job removing it. He was very nice an made me feel comfortible while conducting the procedure. Even the staff was nice. I dont ever want to go back only because ingrowns are painful but if i had to, i would definately go back to Dr Inlow!
