I am fairly new to being on the receiving end of sleep studies and C-​PAP machines but as a nurse (41+ yrs) I am a good observer of quality patient care and that includes the front office and sleep lab staff. I’ve seen quiet efficiency, smiling friendly faces and an eagerness to explain /​teach/​reassure. I highly recommend Dr Javaid and this office to others!

Great doctors, lousy staff. Inefficient, had to physically go to office multiple times to get paper work and send to correct medical offices. My PCP couldn’t get a copy of my paper work unless I signed a medical release form who referred to this place. What a nightmare!
Finally after 2 months I received my cpap only because I did all the work myself. Office staff told me to just buy one off of craigslist. Worst customer service I’ve ever met. Stay away, save yourself weeks of waiting and calling. This is no joke, people need this equipment to live.
Notified my PCP to no longer recommend this office.
