The only reason I am not giving this apartment 1 star is because the appliances and flooring were updated and nice.
I recently moved out of this apartment and received my invoice for a $ 135 cleaning fee on top of $ 55 carpet cleaning fee. We lived there for 3 months and left the place SPOTLESS. When I called they said it was so dirty they had to have a cleaning service come to clean it. LIES. I’ve never paid a cleaning fee in 12 years of renting. The best part is that it was dirty when we moved in and I’m sure they charged the last tenant also and did nothing.

What can I say about this place. When we first moved here they showed us the demo apartment. They would not show is any other apartment. Now I kniw why. Encountered bugs and ants in our apartmwnt. Mildew on our floors and a staircase that is barely hanging on. The ponds stink and they don’t provide prompt service.

Looks pretty from the outside, website looks awesome… but the apartments are very small and not very well put together…
I didn’t choose this place because the parking was so far away from the unit, the price was very over priced, and the reviews on other websites wasn’t that good. For that price, I’d rather rent a house!
