I own a property management company and we used this company one time. They parked their van in the next door neighbors yard and used his water to clean carpets at the property we manage. The neighbor sent me photos of his vehicle parked in his yard. Needless to say, it’s the one and only time we will be using this company

Let me start by saying that this review is way overdue. We were moving out of our house and everything was going wrong… we had to keep delaying them. When we were finally ready, they came out, were very pleasant, and cleaned our carpets. I think they were there till about 9pm. The price was great, the service was excellent! My carpets were immaculate! I would definately recommend them!

Got them because of a living social coupon. They’re great! I would recommend that anyone in the Santa Cruz county area get them. Mike himself answered all my calls and emails promptly. He was a little late but made sure to call me that he was going to be a little late. He has his machine in a trailer that he pulled with his truck. It was huge and looked new. It looked so impressive that I wanted to get a picture of it. Maybe that’s why my carpets looked so nice. A family-​owned company that should be supported!
