If I could give 0 stars, I would do just that.
We found a hair in our pizza, and when calling to point out this health violation the manager (who twice refused to give his name), essentially called me a liar. I don’t care if you hate your job and are disappointed with the way your life turned out, if you’re in customer service you treat the people with respect.
Because of this woefully inept gentleman, Domino’s has lost our business.

Ordered for delivery to hotel. Surprisingly fast, it took less than 30 mins! Pizza was great, tasty, hot.

Ordered a medium pan crust pineapple pizza for carry out. My boyfriend went and got it and we both think it’s just fucking wonderful! Impressed, Dominos :)

We went for pizza here on a Sunday night and there were tons of people working but the service was still very slow. When we got our food, it was lukewarm and not very tasty.

Was in the area to attend Garlic Fest and stayed at a nearby motel. On the key, was a Domino’s ad, so we ordered by phone and had a young lady help us. She was nice, but not the sharpest tool in the shed.
We ordered a large combination pizza and asked for «no mushrooms» on half of the pizza. The rest of the pizza remains the rest of the toppings. She wrote down half combo and half cheese and mushrooms. I went over this with her a few times, then she called back a few minutes later and asked again how we wanted our pizza. When I told her I was paying with a credit card, I asked if I can tip the driver with the credit card or would I have to tip him in cash. She had no clue how to answer that.
The driver showed up around the time we expected and was nice, but the girl who answers the phone needs to be trained and maybe given an IQ test.

I used a coupon from Old Navy, their sports apparel promotion, for a free large 2 topping pizza. I received a rude call from the manager asking if I was playing games with their computers. I assured him I was not. He asked me to bring along coupon to store so I did. When I got there he was not in and young lady behind counter did not want my coupon.
2 hours later I received a very rude voicemail from the manager telling me all future orders would be cancelled and I that I was rude and had ripped them off. I called him back and he repeated his allegations and hung up on me. VERY unprofessional squad.
