This is a nice park. It is fairly large and is up kept. The grass is nice and it is family friendly. There aren’t too many suspicious activities going on which is nice. There is a basketball court that is fairly popular with the youth. The baseball diamonds are also often utilized by small baseball/softball leagues which attract a lot of families to the park. And there is a decent jogging trail around the park which is also utilized quite frequently. The main issue I have with this park is the parking. It is nearly impossible to get a parking space when the kids are playing ball.

Many a child hood memories involve El Dorado Park. The endless jogs, the birthday parties, the soft ball practice… Anyway, then it was great now, not so much. Apparently everyone and their Tio Jose now knows about this park and frequent it for anything from family celebrations, soccer practices(with no damn field to practice on), and their romantic rendezvous complete with shameless displays of fondling *gags.* Aesthetically, it’s in great shape, just don’t come on a weekend.
