Presentation sucks, but dont let the look fool you like it did me. The tacos were pretty damn good. Skimpy on the meat but other than that. Fire. Quesadilla was ok i messed up and ordered a quesadilla with flower tortilla instead of corn since the corn is freshly made right in front of you. Maybe some roasted chiles onion and rabanos and more meat would have got them that extra star

The homemade tortillas make the tacos and quesadillas one of a kind! Definitely worth the drive to el volcan! My favorite by far are the quesadillas. But I suggest u guys try everything!

Tortillas recien hechas! What else can you ask for? Bomb green salsa. Chicken tacos were good and not too greasy like at other places. Will def be coming back.

Love the food. Homemade corn tortillas! Great salsa and service. Can’t go wrong! We had the Papas Volcan which they add this delicious secret sauce, cheese corn tortillas, and tacos. Everything was delicious!!! Fresh good quality food!

The lines r humongous! But the only reason I come back is for their fresh tortillas made on the spot the quesadillas r awesome. so I would suggest to arrive when you’re not so hungry because by the time you get your food you will be super hungry. That’s how busy they get

If you are looking for real Mexican tacos you have to visit these guys! The tacos here are handmade tortillas, we drive from the Bay Area to Salinas just to eat real tacos. We have visited them twice already and gotta say their tacos are the BEST IN TOWN! The customer service here is also GREAT. I highly recommend them if you are looking for awesome tacos.

If you are looking for REALLY good mexican tacos… You have to try this taco truck. Their tortillas are hand made, they literally make them in front of you. Their salsa is perfect. Their meat is good, not too greasy. Ive only had their quesadillas and tacos, they are both 10⁄10. Its the taco truck across from Mi Pueblo.

One of the best taco trucks in Salinas. It’s definitely my go-​to taco truck when I leave work late and I’m starving! They’re a little pricier than most taco trucks though…
