1^st off I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! My Words will never do Justus for the work you get done by Devon but I will try! 1^st off he is Always on time! This is very important to me, THOSE other companies just don’t seem to care about being on TIME! Fehn electric repair cares about YOUR time and customer service before anything.
The day of my quote he gave me some advice that actually SAVED my home from fire (I will always be thankful to the owner Devon for this) he is smart, courteous, friendly (no contractors mouth,) very professional, and professional appearance, CLEAN (physically and verbally) He came to do an electric panel upgrade, my old one has been around for many years and needed to be upgraded BAD, he upgraded me to a new system, ran in to some unforeseen issues behind the old panel, but this did NOT slow Devon down not one bit! He changed his plans, and made it all work, and HE actually went WAY beyond what he was hired to do,
he «boxed» or framed my new panel in (he didn’t have to, but wanted to) just a little something so I didn’t need to hire someone RIGHT away to «cover» or patch things up.(he thinks I’ll be removing the frame and have a professional re-​frame, but I will leave it as a reminder of how a real pro does it thanks Devon :) things like going the extra mile FOR THE CUSTOMER not himself, kindness, not taken advantage of, not greedy, and NEVER complaining like some other quotes I got (from Unilocal)!
He NEVER once complained! I’m sure there are a lot of good electricians out there, I did 3 estimates, Fehn electric was the ONLY company that came on time,. Gave a physical quote, didn’t «over sell» me on things in fact he used these words to me a few times «to save yourself some money» do this, try that, and in this day and age where greed is an epidemic, he kept things simple and easy, shook my hand and left.
my wife and I called him within the day! You just get a certain vibe or feeling with certain people, he never complained about «other companies», or not once said «I’m so busy, or I’m getting SOOO much work right now,» like the others that came to give me quotes had said to me… Fehn electric ONLY concern was my situation no other job (s) at other addresses, no others situation, just what was in front of him…
There isn’t enough words for me to explain how great of a human being this man is, with customer service, workmanship, professionalism, and a complete pleasure to do business with! I wish he could help me with my other wire project, :)
I will recommend Devon from Fehn Electric to all I come across that are in need of electrical servicing. That’s my promise to him,

I used Fehn Electric to help with the removing of all electrical connections so we could demo our swimming pool. The owner Devon showed up exactly when scheduled and was very helpful in explaining the process to me. He left the job clean and well organized. I highly suggest hiring Fehn Electric!

We used Fehn Electric to install a new outlet in a difficult location… inside the fireplace of our Salinas home. He analyzed the problems with us, solved them all, finished the job with skill, and honored his original estimate.
He was also willing and able to tackle some extra repairs we needed. Devon is cheerful and efficient, very sensitive to the customer’s needs, and charges a reasonable amount. I recommend him highly and would definitely call him again.
