Called at 7 am and answered right away! I have been getting bit by sometimes for weeks and caught a bug. After calling Chet suggested to drop by the office instead of paying for a home inspection right away! I went in and the office was very knowledgable, professional, and very friendly for being so early in the morning! They helped identify the bug and gave me suggestions to save money before having to use their services!!! Honest, local, and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for the help guys! Jorge is the amazing pest controller who came out to our apartment! Very great at communication and friendly tips!

Gavilán pest is the best! Since we have had them take care of our home we have not had bug problems. When the ants came in full force Gavilán was here and took care of the problem! They are all courteous, kind and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I established a contract with this company, the technician that is supposed to serve Soledad serviced us once and I’ve never seen him again. I’ve called, theyve apologized how busy they and promised the tech would call. Two weeks later still no call.
I want to stay with the company but gosh, I’m not going to BEG to give them my business.
