Sir, to you, or a person who does not deal in litigation day to day probably does think some of the questions asked of you were odd. The questions are not intended for your comfort and character; they are designed for the legal safety of the property management. I have no affiliation with this group, so based on your vernacular «there is no kick back for me» I will sum up my main point for you… get on with your life and don’t sweat the small stuff. I would have denied you as well. In my opinion you were denied for an obvious reason. I’ll let you work on that comment for the rest of the week, when you get it let me know! I should have know better from the ridiculous questions on the housing application. I would not recommend going through Gloria Moore Realty. They did not have the common courtesy to call and let me know we were not approved to rent one of their properties. When I asked Sydney why we were not approved she had the nerve to tell me I cannot disclose that information. I was baffled by her response. The answer I got from her was «We’ll, based on how you answered some of the questions on your application you were not approved.» Some questions asked on the application were as follows, do you own a vacuum, are any members in your family allergic to mold, do you have any allergies. These questions are absurd and it shouldn’t be some sort of test. Stay away they are rude and do not know what good ol’ customer service is.
