Rick has been ‘saving’ my shoes for over 20 years now. There is absolutely nothing that he can’t do! He is a master of his craft and I don’t know what my shoes would do without him. He is professional, reliable and friendly. His prices can’t be beat and you will be pleased with the quality of his work. Took my favorite pair of boots to this shop and the guy seemed nice enough. I told him what I needed done to the boots and I told him I was on my feet for over 10 hours, 6 sometimes 7 days a week and he said he had the perfect sole for me. A few days later I get my boots back and my right boot feels off. He said it’s just the way I walk and that the soles were brand new. He said give it some time to adjust. I paid $ 75 and was on my way. A whole month later and not only does the boot still not feel right but my foot gets swollen now because of the boots. This guy messed up my Favorite!!! Pair of boots and when I called to tell him he didn’t want to talk to me. He kept saying it’s the way I walk and that its My fault. What a jerk! These boots have been my salvation for over a year. No other boots has lasted me as long and my feet aren’t killing me at the end of the day like other boots I’ve had. Even if I find someone else to fix this jerks mistake with the money I paid the jerk and now this new guy I could have purchased a NEW pair of boots with all that money. What a shame I love my boots !!! I have no choose but to go the safe path and get a new pair of boots just until I can find someone that repairs boots and who knows what they are doings, and fixes that jerks mistake. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone I know.

Small but they have a good amount of business… Rich is who I spoke too and he was courteous and very helpful, I like a place that when you walk in you are immediately welcomed. I had two pairs of cowboy boots to have different things done too them and Rich had no problems with what I needed done and gave me a very good price I couldn’t refuse and I like to haggle …
Had my boots both back within a couple days and after test walking a pair today I have to say I will be taking a third pair back to Rick to repair and shine up.
After learning they have been in business of over 20 years I now see why. I will be a loyal customer for life.
6÷13÷14 dropped off another pair of boots to have new heel pads to installed.

There are not many of these artisans left. John is a nice guy and treats his customers fairly. We have been going here the last 4 years and haven’t had any problems in his work or service.
