This place is just OK. I love the Lala brand but this place should have reconfigured the footprint of the restaurant when they took over. It’s just an awkward setting. The bar is to separate from the restaurant and the menu is too big. The food is mediocre but consistent and it seems very popular because it’s always packed. It’s definitely not on my to go list as a first choice but when friends mention it I always go. The out side seating is in a very confined area and you don’t get that open feel like you would if it was actually outdoors. It’s pretty cookie-cutter food but again it’s consistently good so for a not so special lunch or dinner this place would be adequate

More like 3 and a half stars. Ran in for a beer with a few friends because there was a deal happening down town at one of our go to spots. It’s more of a sports bar than a quiet drinking bar to have a conversation. One huge screen, around 10ft. feet I’m guessing. And a bunch of smaller ones all around. So the service was good but not fast and the beers were cold but not icy, and certainly good enough for this old man. Will it become my new watering hole maybe not, but I won’t shy away either. Last words… Little Sumpin Sumpin on tap.

Get there order two beers awaiting the rest of my party! My friend had called ahead to make sure the Giants v Dodgers game would be shown, he was told yes! NBA playoffs were on. We asked if they would turn the Giants game on and they did on the small screens above us!!! Nobody in that bar was watching NBA except the bartender in charge of the TV!!! We cashed out and left for Knuckles in Monterey!!! Total BS

Delish food great appetizers, calamari is the best and fire crackers fries! Full bar with all the favorite beers on tap Newcastle, blue Moon, 805, coors light, and much more. The cocktail are made really well, they skilled bar tenders. Vibe is more on the cowboy Ag Industry very casual attire. Happy hour kind of place! Small and comfy spot to visit if your in Salinas.

Nice lounge for drinks. Safe area, decent prices, nice layout and yummy martinis. Came on a sat. night and was surprised that it was not that crowded, but loved that there were tables available instead of having to stand.

One of the few drinking establishments in Salinas that I feel comfortable(read: safe) going to at night. It’s clean & reasonably priced. But it can get rather crowded, VERY noisey, and I haven’t been impressed with the drink selection. But it’s a tolerable place to hang with friends for a drink after work without going all the way to Monterey.

This is as decent a bar as you’re going to get in Salinas. Its clean, in a good part of town, reasonably priced and you can watch any game you want on one of their giant screen TVs because they have satellite. But what really sets it apart is the dollar tacos at night. I think its only on Saturdays from 10 to midnight, but its one of the best ideas I’ve seen in action. Go for the tacos if nothing else.
