Bought over $ 60 with my Visa card, the checker told me my card was denied. She had me swipe it three more times, each time saying«your card is not good» & I’m thinking«I know I have a zero balance on that card» So, I paid with my American Express and it finally! was accepted. Two days later, I go online and both cards were charged for the one transaction. Therefore a double charge. I wonder what that checker was up to. Now, I must waste my time disputing one of the transactions. Management? Any thoughts how to help me?

I love the employees and I love coming in for chicken wings on my lunch break. There are a couple areas where this location could use a little help though. The veggies go bad the day after you purchase them and my co workers have purchased drinks that were already expired. The chicken recently has been burnt half the time I come in and the lines are ridiculously long because there are never enough open registers. I think if those things were improved upon, this place could be 5 stars easy.

For the most part lucky is a great store but it does have a few down sides. The staff are awesome and their deli counter is a great place for lunch. Be careful when ordering their chicken wings though because sometimes they will be burnt. Their produce also tends to be expired so you have to check the dates carefully. Great place to stop and grab a few things if you need them.

Came in here tonight to pick up some groceries and was met with a long checkout line because the ONE cashier was on her cell phone having a personal conversation. Then I go to the deli counter to try to find an employee to deal with the situation, but they too are on their cell phones taking pictures of the guy climbed inside one of the glass display cases cleaning it. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
