There are many roofing companies in the Monterey, California area. But this one really stands out. We needed some repairs done to our roof and contacted several companies. We selected Premo because I felt their quote was the most specific and accurately described what they were going to do. They completed the work to my complete and highest expectations. They used two additional subcontractors, One to do the woodwork and one to do the painting. Both of the subcontractors were excellent! Not only that, but the employees use by all three companies were professional, competent and performed excellent work. I would use Premo Roofing company for any roofing work I consider in the future.

Premo just finished my roof. They were recommended to me by a roofer we use and trust but who couldn’t fit us in. It was complicated; tricky access, needing lots of repairs, detail work, as well as porch and bay window overhangs. Of course the entire roof was re-​tiled. I am very impressed. They had photos of their work, kept us updated, introduced us to all workers, checked in, checked out and cleaned up thoroughly every day. They started early, worked late. Jaimi Ybarra was the supervisor and worked with Jerry Hernandez. Jaimi was very professional; answered our many questions, even came by the night of the storm at 10pm (from out of town) to check on things. He worked on Saturday in order to finish up some details. His work partner Jerry was impressive. They worked their butts off; at top speed. With many gates, and two little dogs there was never an“escape” issue. Such nice guys; always a smile — they like what they do. We are confident the job is top notch. The whole Premo crew; Jaimi, Jerry, and all the many guys of the team, are the best. Jeff Premo really knows how to provide a quality, professiona service. They stuck to the original timeline. Oh, and thanks Jaimi for the delicious fruit tart you brought for us on your last day! We went a little over bid due to unforseen rot epairs; but the extra charge was reasonable.
