Worst RadioShack ever, Melvin the manager was a complete jerk. The company offers 10% and 20% discounts to customers who check in there on foursquare. The manager knew nothing about it which is fine but he wouldn’t even make a phone call to find out. He got irate when we questioned him and asked for his help. He even approached my boyfriend as if we wanted to fight him… It was hard not to laugh. So we went to the RadioShack inside the Northridge mall and the manager there Evelyn was super helpful! She knew about the discount but didn’t know how to do it, she made 2 phone calls and had it done! She was super helpful and really sweet! I will never visit this store again I recommend trying the northridge store instead!
