Nikki knows her biz, I’ve never had a facial, back wax or anything of the sort. I have now, wasn’t so bad! The waxing was painful but then again my pain threshold is that of a 5 year old. Nikki was awesome, cute and super friendly. Her prices where good enough to make me go ahead with it for the first time. Recommended for sure

Just got back from Serenes Fall Open House. As with all the open houses this one felt warm and friendly. What stands out for me the most is Nicoles attention to detail and her commitment to her clients. I texted her my order and she provided some product reccomendations via text instantly. When I arrived she greeted me with a warm welcome and had my order all set up for me. In addition to my order I had a few questions about some products and she happily helped me pick out what was best for me, granted there were other clients waiting for her attention as well, but I always feel like the only client she has because of her attention and focus on my skincare needs. I observed this same attention to other clients and that is why she has such a loyal following of clients.
In addition to her fun open houses Nicole is very knowledgeable in a variety of skincare needs and helpful through the process of educating her clients and sincerely listening to their needs.
Although she is known for providing top of the line products she also offers great services and is quick to follow up with scheduling your appointment. I dont think I have ever gone more than a few hours without getting a response from her.

After years of using the same makeup, I went to Serene and got a make-​up lesson/​application.
The Jane Iredale products work extremely well for me (base and powder), and unlike other products, they last a good 12 hours and look very natural. Nicole is a joy to work with and she knows her stuff; all of her recommendations for my skin have been spot on. The product lines she carries are also top notch.
I highly recommend this business.

I’ve always been skeptical about getting facials and using things on my skin but after giving it a try I’m hooked. I even scheduled my husband an appointment to get one himself. I was introduced to natural products to use on my skin and was given thorough information on everything that I purchased. I walked away with such an understanding of my skin and how to treat it and almost a month later I couldn’t be more happy with all the products I bought. And to top it off, the environment and ambiance during the facial itself was amazing! So relaxing, every woman and even man, deserves to treat themselves to one.

I have had a problem with oily skin since I was a teenager. Now in my early 30’s the problem seems to have gotten worse. I had a facial with Nicole and she educated me on my skin and what products I should and should not be using. We attempted to find the perfect skin care for me. Sometimes products work great and sometimes they don’t work at all– the great thing about Nicole was she wasn’t just trying to sell me a product and push me out the door… she kept following up with me to see how my skin was doing and if something wasn’t working she was so helpful in finding a solution. Quality skin care is expensive but when you have someone that cares whether or not you are happy that’s the difference maker.
I definitely recommend going to see Nicole! Also, if you’re looking for amazing lashes Leanna can do that for you as well!

When my esthetician of 15 years moved out of town, I was at wits end to find someone who used organic products and was as professional as I was used to. Thank goodness I found Serene! I am really happy with my skin after having regular facials at Serene. Nicole uses great organic products and has helped my rosacea to be less obvious without use of drugs or invasive medical treatments — my face looks great! She also does waxing, and customized spray tans and keeps her treatment room and salon spotless. Cleanliness is really important to me and I feel comfortable at her place. Love this place! I see Leanna for lashes and waxing; she does an awesome job! Both she and Nicole are super sweet and will take great care of you! The shop is gorgeous, the girls are fabulous, doesn’t get any better!

I am an Esthetician in the San Ramon area and I had the privilege of meeting Nicole at an Eminence Organic Skin Care class. In fact, I see her at every Eminence skin care class and over time she and I have started to sit with each other at these classes. I love that she attends every class like me! Nicole is the BEST! I recently got a peel done and wow does my skin look good. I’m not a fan of Dermologica skin care but that Jan Marini peel was good. Nicole gives great facials and her face peels are effective and reasonably priced. I noticed a difference in some of my pigmentation on my face. They lighted up a little. Thanks Nicole.
