I have hired a number of contractors to fix 3 houses that I own. I have finally run across one that I highly recommend for his exemplary work, attention to details and a perfectionist. Sergio Silva performed a house flip in Seaside owned by my parents and where I grew up. He fixed the wooden floor and restored it beautifully. He also performed excellent tile work. He can do anything that is within his range as a contractor. I wish I met him prior to the other houses we fixed in Santa Clara and San Jose. He is reasonable in his estimates and most importantly, an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

Sergio has been my contractor for years now. We live in Carmel and he has worked on small and bigger projects on our home.
Sergio is very professional, detail oriented, clean, and always finished on time.
He built the most beautiful deck for us, charged a fair price and never asked for money upfront.
