Starbucks

Stopped here while traveling thru… Normal breakfast sandwiches and drinks Quick service as we got there and it wasn’t crowded. Only one bathroom so had to wait a while to use it.

This Starbucks has the slowest service in No Calif, only one toilet so you wait 10 min to be able to use it, and when you finally get in you find it is a dirty mess! And the guy who just left the stall didn’t bother to flush. Yuck.
The coffee was the usual Starbucks, once you finally get it.

I really like this location, and some of the people who have worked here longer are really great. The seating is roomy, although it gets busy on the weekends, it’s typical. There are lots of usual customers and in/​out baristas that work here. I guess recently because of the new opening stores, there has been an influx of new faces. I came in on my usual Saturday, and I wait till the rush and swarm of customers die down before I order because I can wait. When I came up to the register I was not greeted by this new person, not prompted to order or anything. So I just ordered, no name asked, and when I paid the older lady just said try again. Her mannerisms came off as «I don’t want to be here» and somewhat mentally discouraged and flustered. I was a bit guarded towards her because I would never expect that from the people who work here. I just walked away and waited. But I felt because it was so busy 5 minutes before I went up, she kind of took it out of me cause I didn’t let her catch break? On the weekends it’s busy, so just get use to? I later found out that she was not a new employee but the person in charge. I miss the old manager there now. Lead by example, and because it’s customer service sometimes even when it does get busy, the smile and greeting should always be there, because an employee can’t take it out on the next customer. They didn’t do anything to cause your own frustration.

We frequently go to this location, and have noticed another customer who is always there. He sets up his «office», computer, cell phone, legal pad, ect. on a table that seats four, and a lot of times there are not enough places for other customers to sit!
It is very annoying that we cannot get a seat at this location, but this man is there every day, is he paying rent?
Most of the associates at this location are friendly, but at times can be very slow

Every time I go here, which is about 3 times a week, the service is always prompt, courteous and efficient. Thank you for all you do!

Analee was RUDE… Drinks were disgusting. Go to 917 north main sbucks location. I will NEVER return to this location if this employee is working.

This is a really nice shop they don’t mess up the order and they are very clean. Other than that its a typical Starbucks

we just got coffee at this location and found it odd how light our drinks felt but didn’t think too much about it until we opened our cups and saw that they weren’t even ¾ of the way full. i basically payed for a grande and got a tall.

Usual Starbucks drink of choice is the Chai tea latte and also got the marshmellow heaven bar. Nice staff and my drink was made quickly. No complaints.

I’m happy! Love that it is right near my work. Friendly staff. Never had a problem.

Does the manager of this store order basic supplies for the store? While waiting for our order we saw another couple purchase two brewed coffees and as they were trying to prepare it they were then told that the store did not have any sugar, raw or white for them to use. Really??? No sugar for people who use it!!! That is like selling a car without a steering wheel. And I was already shocked because they did not have any reusable cups for purchase (they were out of those too). No friendly smiles just excuses for not having stuff to make the store run smoothly. Disappointed!

I decided to go back to this location, I had my usual drink, the staff was friendly, fast and when I asked for my refill they didn’t make a fuss like they did in the past, they are going to renovate the place soon, the staff was friendly, I noticed that there was people from other Starbucks in this location, total different vive! They even have a small library you can borrow a book and read while drinking your favorite drink. It is within walking distance from my house so I will visit it more often. Glad they changed their attitude!

It took 15 minutes to get a drink and there was only two drinks a head of mine. No happy faces or customer service skills that Normal Stabucks have. There was even a pad lock on the bathroom. Yikes

Worst Starbucks ever and I’ve been to literally hundreds all over the US. They use the retail chai instead of the regular kind, which usually only happens at a store when they run out but they use it ALL the time and its weak tasting and gross. The attitudes here are unbelievable, particularly the guys that work here. I only go here because of the drive through but am always disappointed.

I love coffee and I love Starbucks. Great service and staff is always friendly no matter what time I come in, which is usually between 7am to 8:30am.

Yes the drinks are hot but more often at this location the drinks are not consistent with Starbucks standards

This one though only has one restroom for all customers…
parking is pretty easy since it is located off of a giant parking lot.

I ordered an ice coffee, sweetened, with no room; they forgot to add the sweetener.

It sucks that there’s no drive through, but the staff here are enormously friendly and funny. We had a lot of laughs in the time it took to order and receive a latte.

You can see this Starbucks from the 101 (by Wal Mart and Costco). It doesn’t have a drive thru like the one in Paso Robles and it doesn’t have those yummy breakfast sandwiches.
I tried the new chocolate cinnamon bread and it’s really great. It tastes like chocolate gingerbread. Moist with plenty of cinnamon flavor as well as cloves and ginger. It’s topped with a cocoa spice crust. I even picked up the recipe for it while I was there.
This location made an excellent latte, better than what I usually get from Starbucks.
