I go to this Starbucks almost every day. Very friendly staff who put an effort into remembering you and your drink. The only downside is the line gets extremely long but you can tell they try to move as fast as they can

How does a beverage company run out of condiments for beverages?! Out of coconut milk and almond milk, really? I think someone needs to have a lesson or two in forecasting. Ridiculous

Great place to meet up with friends, family, coworkers, or first dates. Good amount of seating inside. The hot chocolate is great.
Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere and the noise isn’t too bad. People are respectful of others.
Wish there were a few more plug for devices to charge with.
The outside seating area is good as long as you sit next to a window. There’s no lighting towards the street. It’s like sitting in the dark with minimal amount of lights. I would not recommend to sit outside, unless you like sitting in almost complete darkness.

Slow service, too small, constant staff turnover so always training, 6 out of 10 compared to other Starbucks. Advice, don’t stop here if there are more than two people in line unless you have a lot of time and don’t care about quality.

Parking can be a challenge, it’s a congested parking lot. Good Starbucks, they keep the lines moving, staff is pleasant, great food, free Wifi, lots of tables to sit and chat with a friend, always clean.

Great Starbucks! It was busy when I went in, but service was quick and efficient. Friendly staff! I had never been to this location before and I’m sure glad I finally did! Highly recommend this location and I will be back. Plenty of parking nearby also.

So I went over to the Starbucks on north main drive thru
No problem. Enjoying my venti ice water

This store is always, always, always busy… and the service and drinks are top notch! When the line reaches the door I do not enter knowing it is going to be long wait as it would any store that has a line to the door.
Also recommend having the retail management company clean the sidewalk… pretty gross with all the sticky spills up and down the walkway.

This Starbucks is located in the south of salinas, it has a great outdoor patio and tables inside for study groups or computer works also free wifi. They have tons of pastry to choose from.

Two employees are here. There is a line of. Perhaps 12 drinks (empty cups with writing on them). Instead of both employees working to make some drinks, one is changing trash bags while the other runs around making drinks. Meanwhile, everyone waits.

Always good to have something in the civilized area after being wilderness.

Ehh it’s average Starbucks, so I can’t complain about the coffee…, but not very fast… Maybe because they have little children running around behind the counter, and the back room… This doesn’t look at all professional from the customers view… especially when they are touching the floor and then the counter…

This is a really BUSY STORE! For being this busy, I’m surprised that the staff can keep a smile on there face after dealing with so many UNGRATEFUL, INCONSERDATE, RUDE customers! I’ve never worked for Starbucks but, for this store being as busy and dealing with what they deal with on a day to day basis, the staff does a really good job with being warm and affable. I work in the service industry and when its busy, its hard to keep a smile on your face. Especially when people complain about waiting 5 min in line and 5 min for your coffee. ITS STARBUCKS, CORPORATE OWNED! Of course its going to be busy. I’m always happy with is location and there service. I just feel bad for the staff because of the kind of customers they have to cater too sometimes.

Above-​average Starbucks’ location — not in the 4 or 5 star stratosphere but the staff are pretty consistent, the bathroom has always been clean, and while there isn’t very much seating the laptop crowd seems to have only partially taken over. I have never gotten a wrong order here or an underdone hot item, and that is really saying something compared to most Bux.
I do downgrade the location for frequent parking problems (too many other businesses nearby) and the general lack of seating problem many Bux have these days.
