Best place to get boba in town. They even have red velvet & cake batter & other awesome flavors. Their donuts are better than winchell’s but not quite like Krispy Kreme… But still so good. Nice people & you get your money’s worth.

I absolutely love this place. Yes, it’s horrible I come often enough to know this place is fantastic but if I am in salinas this is the only donut shop I will come to. The donuts are always fresh! The customer service in itself is welcoming and makes customers want to come back for more. Sunshine donuts is more of a mom&pop shop and the couple who run the shop are doing an amazing job. The woman who works there is always so nice and asks how I am doing, and she is also very helpful when I am indecisive so early in the mornings. I do enjoy the fresh donuts, but I also appreciate the great customer service sunshine donuts has to offer. I would recommend this shop any day!

Excellent tasting freshly made donuts. Awesome customer service with the inclusion of free donut holes. The old fashion donuts are very sweet so I recommend making sure you have a drink to wash them down with. Support a local business while getting quality goods and services.

The best doughnuts I’ve had in years, maybe ever. The outsides are crisp while the insides are doughy. They are perfect when fresh and still amazing several hours later. We tried this place the first morning of our vacation and were so blown away we had to go back the next morning to try more varieties.
My girlfriend had the white caramel coffee both days and was blown away by it.
Both the woman at the counter and the cook were friendly and welcoming.
It was the perfect way to start and end a too short vacation. We’re definitely going back anytime we are in the area!

Great donuts. A little on the expensive side (3 donuts for $ 4). The selection is limited to classic but the classics are done right. Maple bars are delicious and buttermilk donuts are dense and buttery. They fill donuts on the spot if you’d like with jelly or cream and the service is friendly.

These have got to be the best of the best donuts! So fresh, warm, fluffy, and soft. Perfection! The family that works there are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Usually get a few donut holes thrown in as well. Yum!

This donut shop is amazing, donuts are made fresh, and when I ordered a jelly filled donut they filled it fresh right in front of me. Their sandwiches are amazing, and to top it off coffee here puts star bucks to shame. I’m glad I found this place. They also offer Boba tea here next to try on my list.

Decided to stop by for a mid afternoon snack and I’m glad I did. Donuts are above average and I like how they have the custard machine next to register so u can get ur custard in ur donut if u want. I would recommend their boba/​slushy drinks because they are very good. A Lil on da sweet side but really good.

I know that 5 stars is a little too enthusiastic for a simple doughnut shop, but that’s how much I love this place. It’s very cozy and simple, but the family that works there is great. The doughnuts are freshly made and I make it a habit to stop by as often as I can (even though that breaks the diet). This place is a guilty pleasure ;P Doughnuts are fresh and the people are great. Stop by and grab a sweet pastry, I’m sure you’ll be back for more.

Pro: Yummy donuts and they usually add a few donut-​holes for free! Tables are near the window so you can bring along your furry friends and keep an eye on them while you savor your treats.
Con: It’s a small place with only a few tables, so don’t be surprised if there is no where to sit.

Tasty blueberry donuts. I don’t come here very often, but when I do, I am always pleased and wanting another.
